Acceptance

By accessing https://techinfracloud.digital or engaging Kanzai Ledger Advisory for professional services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work from the practice.

Professional services

Audit and related engagements are governed by a separate engagement letter. That letter defines scope, fees, independence requirements, and deliverables. Website descriptions are informational and do not themselves create an auditor–client relationship.

Intellectual property

Site content—including text, layout, and graphics—is owned by Kanzai Ledger Advisory or its licensors. You may not reproduce materials for commercial use without written consent. Workpapers and reports produced under an engagement letter remain subject to the confidentiality and ownership clauses in that letter.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site by attempting unauthorized access, submitting malicious content through forms, or misrepresenting your identity when requesting an engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kanzai Ledger Advisory is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from professional audit work is limited as set out in the applicable engagement letter and professional standards. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Japanese law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Japan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page on the date of access applies to website use. Engagement letters control for commissioned work.
