Who this is for

Companies whose year-end audit requires independent observation of physical stock, including multi-site manufacturers and distributors.

What you receive

Observation workpapers, exception logs for recounts, and a briefing for management on count discipline and cut-off of goods in transit.

Scope

Pre-count planning, observation of client count teams, test counts, cut-off testing of receipts and shipments, and documentation suitable for the statutory audit file.

How the work proceeds

  1. Count plan

We agree floor plans, freeze periods, and tag controls with warehouse leads.

  2. Observation day

Auditors watch client teams, perform independent test counts, and note discrepancies.

  3. Wrap-up

Exceptions are logged and shared the same week for recounts or adjustments.

Freeze receiving and shipping during the count window where practicable, and print location maps and SKU listings beforehand.

Same-day multi-city counts outside Okayama may require advance scheduling and additional fees.
